While at Healthvision, a major shift in the regulatory environment drove healthcare organization and physicians groups to purchase Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) in record numbers. Healthvision’s primary business was a health data exchange product that integrated with EMRs. In order to take advantage of the regulatory changes, I evaluated the EMR marketplace and developed strategic partnership agreements with the top 2 EMR vendors. In addition we developed a partnership with the leading EMR hosting provider, which allowed Healthvision to offer our customers a differentiated Cloud delivered solution.
Results: New service offerings purchased by the top Physician Groups in the country growing Healthvision sales by 15%.
